Autodesk Navisworks training
Autodesk Navisworks is a program for integrated BIM project management, model fusion, intersection detection, 4D (time/money) and 5D (time+money) information management. It is used when checking models for design errors, monitoring construction, demonstrating objects, and many other tasks.
The training program for working in the Autodesk Navisworks software product is recommended not only for designers, but also for customers - employees of construction organizations and maintenance services, as a result of which they will be able to effectively use the BIM object model developed by design organizations.
The duration of the basic course is 50 hours.
At the request of the customer, the course program, duration and form of training can be edited.
Course content
Classes are aimed at the practical application of the Autodesk Navisworks program and the development of all tools: navigation, model elements, viewing the properties of elements, as well as identifying conflicts in model geometry. The basic principles of working in Autodesk Revit are also considered, which is useful for understanding how an information model is formed.
The result of the training is an increase in the competence of designers in the development and subsequent use of the BIM model. It will be useful for representatives of the customer (construction and operation) to work with the developed BIM model at various stages of the life cycle of the object.
Course program:
1. Determination of the basic principles of filling the information model in Autodesk Revit.
2. Analysis of model attributes using the Specification tool in Autodesk Revit.
3. Analysis of the model using Autodesk Navisworks with the issuance of a report.
4. Checking for intersections of the information model in Autodesk Navisworks.
5. Combining the information model and the construction schedule in Autodesk Navisworks.
